Get over yourself
Yeah, we get it. The books are way more intricate and detailed than the T.V. show. It’s a fucking book, T.V. isn’t going to be able to get those little inner monologues that help you actually feel the character out. Or the details of the room and blade moving through flesh. I’m not saying that everyone that has read the books are elitist douchebags but it seems like everyone on Tumblr who has is fucking on airs about reading the books. Get over it, its a lengthy novel converted into a T.V. show. Some things are going to be lost in translation between mediums. And if the T.V. show gets someone to read the books, then in my opinion its successful. But seriously, you guys are worst than hipsters.
